Ingredients

  1. 3large tomatoes
  2. 1small tin of tuna
  3. 1hard boiled egg
  4. 2spring onions
  5. 1few green and black olives
  6. 6slices low-fat cheese
  7. 1small lettuce
  8. 1 Tbspgrated carrot
  9. 2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
  10. 2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
  11. Salt and pepper

  1. 1

    Boil the egg until hard. Wash and prepare the fresh ingredients.

  2. 2

    Prepare ingredients on a plate.

  3. 3

    Drain the tuna and add to the above ingredients and cut the egg into quarters and add too.

  4. 4

    Drizzle olive oil and vinegar.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve with some roughly cut chunks of white bread.
