Steps

Wash rice and soak in water. Set aside.
In a small bowl add saffron and a tablespoon of warm water. Set aside
In a plate add 1/2 teaspoon ghee and add nuts to it. Microwave 50 seconds and remove and set aside. - 2

Grease a pan with ghee and add milk to it.
Bring it to boil. Remove water from rice and add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee to rice and mix so it’s coated. Add to boiling milk. Simmer on low heat while stirring occasionally until rice is cooked. - 4

Add in fresh cream and condensed milk and stir. Add in the nuts and saffron water.
Let it simmer 3 to 4 minutes while stirring. - 6

Turn off the heat and add cardamom and nutmeg. Mix well. Let it cool completely. Keep stirring occasionally so a film is not created on top. Once it cools down completely its ready to serve. Enjoy 😉
