Ingredients

  1. 1 (10 oz)steak
  2. 1/2 cupButter
  3. 1small potato
  4. 1medium sized carrot
  5. 1medium sized onion
  6. 1medium sized sweet potato
  7. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1/4maple syrup
  9. 1/8ketchup

    Cook the steak however you like. Any method works having a syringe allows you to inject the steak with heated butter as it's cooking. If you don't have a syringe best just to pan, fry your steak in butter. Constantly inject the steak with butter about 5 or 6 tbsp worth. Cook till you desire texture and temperature. I like medium rare

    Cooked potatoes and then add into pan with steak off heat. Keep covered

    Cook remaining vegetables in a frying pan on medium-high heat till desired temperature and texture is reached.

    In a small saucepan add brown sugar and maple syrup and ketchup. Amounts can vary. Add hot sauce if you wish. Stir the sauce constantly. You just want to heat it

    I add the sauce to all the vegetables minus the potatoes and add the butter from the pan to the steak and potatoes and use whatever remaining sauce for dipping sauce for the steak
