Ghost pepper chilli sauce CRAZY SPICY
I grow my own chillies 🌶️ but you can use shop bought -so insane good can use on anything from pizza to wings. ENJOY 🌶️🔥🔥🔥🔥

Put oil in sauce pan and heat medium high. Add sliced onion and chopped chillies. (Be careful you can wear protective glasses) DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES WITH HANDS

Cook on medium for 5 mins until onion start to soften then add chopped tomatoes cook another 5 mins

Add rest of ingredients and gently stir. Lower heat and cook on low simmer for 10 mins.

Use either and stand mixer or transfer to a blender and blitz it - return to pan and heat until the the thickness you want. I like same a runny pour on sauce but up to you.
Taste a little on a tea spoon. I recommend having a glass of cold milk standing by. Adjust salt and sugar to taste.

Allow to cool the transfer into jam jars. Refrigerate for 1 week (if you can wait that long 😂😂😂) use on anything or to add to a sauce or chilli con carne to add a kick

If you vinegar acid level correct should last in fridge at least 6 months. Or until next chillies ready ❤️❤️❤️
