Mix hung curd, paneer,salt,red chilli powder, cashew nut pieces,garam masala,green chilli,ginger,carrot, capsicum and coriander leaves.Mix it well.

Make lemon size balls and press them like kebabs from the hung curd mixture.(11 kebab)

Take bread crumbs on a plate,coat each kebab with it.Prepare all the kebabs like this.Keep them in the fridge for an hour.

Heat oil in a karahi,fry all the kebabs in batches on medium heat until golden brown.Flip it over and fry from the other side.
Your delicious hung curd kebab is ready to serve.
