Sabudana Vada is a popular snack enjoyed during Navratri fasting, made without garlic and salt, and typically served with green chutney.

Gather all the ingredients for making Sabudana Vada. In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, then add the soaked sabudana, chopped cilantro, and crushed roasted peanuts. Mix everything together well.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small vada (patties). Make vada from all of the mixture.

Heat a pan or griddle and add oil. Place the vada on the pan to cook.

When the vada start to turn light brown, flip them and cook on both sides, adding a little oil as needed.

Your Sabudana Vada are ready. Serve them hot with chutney or tea.
