Vermicelli Kheer is an easy and quick delicious dessert that is often made at festivals.
Steps

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry the vermicelli on low flame until golden brown. Then add milk and bring to a boil on medium heat.

Stir occasionally so that the vermicelli does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the milk thickens slightly.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, raisins, everest Kesar Milk Masala and mix well. Cook till sugar dissolve and vermicelli cooks completely.

Finally, serve Vermicelli Kheer warm or chilled.

Garnish with ½ tsp Everest Kesar Milk Masala while serving in the bowl.
