Grate the sweet potatoes and put in water. Take a Kadai and ghee in it. After ghee gets heated add cumin seeds and green chillies and saute.

After that drain sweet potatoes from water and add grated sweet potatoes in kadai and mix with ghee.

Put lid on it and let sweet potatoes to cook well. After they cook well add peanut powder, coconut, sugar and salt. Mix well. After mixing it all put lid for 1 minute and then it is ready to serve. You can garnish it with coconut if you want.
