Detox recipe. But if you I want to cheat I add a tsp of sour cream to already mixed salad.

Warm up the oven to 400F. Cut potatoes and bake. 30-40 minutes until ready.

Add to the pan olive oil and a bit of water. Cook diced celery until ready. Add potatoes, black pepper and chopped cilantro (spinach in my case). Cook for a few minutes.

Add lettuce 🥬 (2 leaves of romaine per portion) and goat cheese before serving. For the dressing mix lemon juice with 1 tsp olive oil and a pinch of ground chilli pepper. Warm up the potatoes if cold. Mix salad and add dressing. Adjust salt to taste.
