Sweet potato and kuttu atta

Wash sweet potatoes. Wipe sweet potatoes and bake them in oven.
about 30 mnts at 180°c. - 2
Peel and chop garlic finely. Keep aside.

Cut sweet potatoes in half and scoop out the flash.

Let it cool add kuttu atta and salt.mix and make soft dough.

Take small portion of dough and roll into a long rope like shape.

Cut rope into 1/2 inch piece and pillow shape Gnocchi is ready.

Take big pot add water and boil the water add salt add put Gnocchi.

Cook till they float in water. remove from water.let them cool.

Heat oil in pan add boiled Gnocchi toss them remove from fire keep aside.

Heat pan put oil add chopped garlic cook for 2 mnts.add Schezwan sauce and tomato sauce mix add Gnocchi mix remove from fire and serve hot.
