  4. 2 table spoonvanilla
  5. 1 table spoonsalt
  6. 200 ggranded sugar
  7. 115 gbutter

    Step 1: Preheat & Prep (10 minutes)*

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    2. Butter 4 ramekins (6-8 oz each).
    3. Dust ramekins with sugar.
    4. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.

    Step 2: Mix Batter (10 minutes)*

    1. Whisk together flour, salt.
    2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar.
    3. Add melted chocolate, whisk until smooth.
    4. Add flour mixture, whisk until combined.
