Farali Samak Vada
Steps

Start by adding 2 tbsp oil to a pressure cooker and add jeera. When it pops, add 2.5 cups water and let it oil.

Add the samak rice and potatoes to the cooker and add all the spices with salt to taste. Cook for 3 whistles.

When it cools down, add 1 to 2 tbsp singada flour for binding., chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar. Form into dough.

Make small vadas from the dough, coat singada flour and deep fry.

Strain them, and serve hot with dates or coriander chutney. Enjoy ✨
