Soya chunks Samak rice Quinoa Patties (Healthy high protein)

Take all the needed ingredients. Mix samak and Quinoa wash it well and cook completely.

Do blanching. Also in a boiling water add soya chunk, let's cook around 5mts. Then turn off the stove and cover it and keep aside for 10mts. Then,rinsed in cold water and squeeze the excess water.

In a mixer jar,add shallots,ginger,garlic,spinach, paneer,cumin seeds,soya chunk,salt and grind coarsely.

In a plate add cooked rice, and corse mixture and soya sauce,gram flour, mix well and make round balls.

Now, press the balls in to round shape and place it on the oil poured hot tawa. On the top sprinkle oil,then flip and cook.

That's all. Protein packed Quinoa patties are ready.
