Today I have made a masala Paratha with barley flour and red amaranth saag, basically I first time tried this. It's very different and easy to make.
Steps

Take a bowl add all ingredients except ghee, mix it properly and gradually add water and knead to a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now divide the dough into equal portion and roll it into a circle Paratha.

Place the Paratha on a medium heat tawa and fry both sides with ghee.

Barley Masala Paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy with pickle.
