An Indian snack specially made during festivals.
Steps

Mix wheat flour, semolina, and chick peas flour after sifting each ingredient.

Add salt,carom seeds and cumin seeds.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and add to the flour mixture. Rub it into the flour until the mixture is crumbled when pressed in palm.

Add water, make a stiff dough, and cover, keep it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, again knead the dough nicely. Make equal sized 4 round balls.

Take one ball roll into medium thick, flat bread.

Cut the flat bread into diamond shaped pieces.

Deep Fry the pieces on medium flame till crisp and golden color.

Cool completely and store in airtight jar.

Enjoy this yummy snack with tea or coffee.
