Wash and wipe-dry bhinda. Remove the heads and the tails of them. Cut them into halves vertically.

Heat up oil in a wide nonstick pan. Add fenugreeknseeds followed by bhinda, turmeric powder, and salt. Combine everything well, cover and cook for 8-10 min. Stir in between even cooking and avoid scorching. They should be thoroughly cooked.

Meanwhile, prepare the spice mix by combining all the ingredients very well. Add it in bhinda when they are thoroughly cooked.

Combine everything verywell. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. You will notice some oil sizzling on the sides of the shak. It's ready! Serve with rotli, dal/kadhi and rice.
