Barley has all the goodness of health and it’s easy to diet. Barley flour is an incredible substitute for whole-wheat flour. It is white in colour and light in texture and has a nutty flavor. It is made by grinding the whole barley grain.
Today by using barley flour I have prepared healthy Barley flour mix vegetable pudla. I have added Semolina and gram flour and mix vegetables for preparing this delicious pudla.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupBarley flour
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 2/3 cupCurd
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupchopped tomato
  • 1/4 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 Tbspchopped curry leaves
  • 1 tspginger chilli paste
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1.5 tspSalt
  • 4-5 tspoil

Steps

30 Minutes

    And a big bowl mix the Barley flour, Semolina and gram flour.

    Add Curd and water as required for batter consistency.

    Mix everything well. if the batter is a bit thick you can add more water. Cover it and set aside for 10 minutes.

    Now add all prepared vegetables.

    Add chopped curry leaves, ginger chilli paste, chat masala and salt as per taste.

    Mix everything well. Set aside for 5 minutes.

    Grease a non-stick tawa and heat it. Spread the batter with a ladle do not make it too thick or thin. Cover and let it cook on one side until golden brown.
    Flip and cook on the other side.

    Serve hot with homemade green chutney.
