Ingredients

1 serve
  • 1 cuphung curds
  • 2 tspsugar-free
  • Cardamom powder
  • Saffron dissolved in 1 tsp of warm milk
  • Silvered Pistachios

Steps

    Take hung curds in a bowl. Whisk it to make it smooth.

  2. 2

    Add saffron dissolved in warm milk. Mix.

  3. 3

    Add a few pistachios & cardamom powder. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Take the Shrikhand in a bowl & chill thoroughly. Garnish with Pistachios, cardamom powder & saffron strands. Serve this Gujarati/ Maharashtrian Delicacy for Diwali 🪔🎇 Festivities.🎇🪔
