Press the motichoor in a tart base till it takes the shape. Keep aside.

Now take hung curd in a bowl.

Add the caster sugar.

Now add the elaichi powder, gulkand, rose petals and rose syrup.

Now whisk well to get a smooth consistency.

Now demould the prepared motichoor tart onto a plate and add the prepared rose shrikhand.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals. Serve.
