Ingredients

  • For the tart base:
  • 200 gmMotichoor
  • For the rose shrikhand:
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1/4 cupcaster sugar
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powde
  • 1 tbsp gulkand
  • 1 tbsprose petals
  • 2 tbsprose syrup
  • 1 tbspchopped pistachios for garnishing
  • 1 tbsprose petals for garnishing

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Press the motichoor in a tart base till it takes the shape. Keep aside.

    Now take hung curd in a bowl.

    Add the caster sugar.

    Now add the elaichi powder, gulkand, rose petals and rose syrup.

    Now whisk well to get a smooth consistency.

    Now demould the prepared motichoor tart onto a plate and add the prepared rose shrikhand.

    Garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals. Serve.
