Indo Chinese Potato Manchurian

Potato Manchurian is an interesting Indo-Chinese version of the regular Manchurian we eat. It is an easy and much quicker recipe than the classic one, though very similar.
This dish is an excellent side dish and an appetiser that can replace the classic colly flower Manchurian counterpart. Potato Manchurian is a perfect dish with the Indo-Chinese fried rice recipe. And the best part is you do not need to worry about the dumplings getting hard like in original Manchurian recipes
Use an appe pan and you are perfectly done with dumplings.

Steps

Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel wash and grate the raw potatoes.
wash it in 2-3 water and squeeze the water.let it be dry.
Cut the capsicum,onion and tomato in cubes.
Finely chopped onion,garlic, chillies and coriander. - 2
Now add grated potato in the mixing bowl.
Add corn starch,rice flour,salt, chilli flakes and coriander.
Mix properly,then make an equal size ball.
Heat the appe pan.
Add little oil and roast the potato balls on a very slow flame.turn the balls and roast the other side too.
When done, remove the balls on the kitchen paper.. - 3
Now add oil in a kadai.
Add chopped garlic, chilli and onion.
Roast on high flame. add slit chilli too.
After that add onion,capsicum, Tomato cubes with salt.
Roast for 2-3 minutes on high flame.. - 4
Now add Vinegar, Tomato sauce, Tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soy sauce mixture..
Mix with veggies.
Lastly add roasted potato balls and mix on high flame.
Add little water together with Fresh coriander to merge well.
After 2 minutes.swich off the flame. - 5
Transfer the manchurian into serving dish.
Serve immediately..
