First of all, Rajma should be washed with clean water and soaked in hot water for 7 to 8 hours and boiled in a cooker.

To prepare the tacos stuffing: Heat oil in a pan and add ginger paste, chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes.

Mix everything well and cover and let it cook for two to three minutes.

Now add boiled rajma and mix it well and mash it a bit.

Add red chilli powder, salt to taste, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix everything well. So the stuffing of Rajma will be ready.

To make uncooked salsa: Take chopped tomatoes in a bowl and add chopped capsicum and boiled corn kernels.

Now add red chili flakes, oregano, green herb, salt according to taste and lemon juice and mash a little with a spoon to mix everything properly. So the salsa will be ready.

To assemble the tacos: The first thing to do is to take the tacos shells and stuff them with the prepared rajma stuffing and fill them with uncooked salsa.

Now add grated cheese and chopped cabbage on it.
