Steps

First wash the moong dal and soaked into water for 1hour. In another bowl soaked soya chunks into hot water for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes squeeze the soya chunks and keep aside. Take a mixing bowl add curd,red Chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder and 1tsp salt.mix well and put the soya chunk in this marination and coated it with spices very well. Keep aside for ten minutes. - 2
Take a pressure cooker add oil and heat up. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida saute 10 seconds add broken green chillies and curry leaves.saute 30 seconds

Add cauliflower florets saute 2 minutes,add marinated soya chunks mix and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.

Add chopped tomatoes, strain the water of soaked dal then add moong dal mix all together. Add 1 tsp salt mix add 1/4cup water and cook for 2 minutes all together.

When the oil released add soaked and drain rice, stir gently stir again.

Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 cup water mix again and cover the lid. Pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle then turn turn the flame medium and cook for 2 whistle. Switch off the flame. Release the pressure naturally then open it. The rice cooked perfectly.

Mix gently. Dish out add some Desi ghee on top and served with pickle, chutney and raita.
