In a blender add milk and popcorn and blend it until smooth. Sieve it thru a sieve to remove roughness.
In a pan add popcorn milk. Bring it to boil and add milk powder and white chocolate to it. - 2

Keep stirring until it starts to thicken. Add sugar at this stage and keep stirring until it starts leaving sides. Add butter and stir continuously until it forms a dough like consistency. Turn off heat and transfer in a plate. Let it cool. Once cooled, give it a shape using a mould or just making balls. Enjoy 😉

How to make popcorn
Ingredients:-
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup corn kernels - 9

Heat the oil in saucepan on medium high heat and add the popcorn. Remove from heat and count 30 seconds.
(This method first heats the oil to the right temperature, then waiting 30 seconds brings all of the other kernels to a near-popping temperature so that when they are put back on the heat, they all pop at about the same time) - 11
Return the pan to the heat and the popcorn should begin popping all at once.
Once the popping slows down between pops remove the pan from the heat.
Transfer in a large bowl immediately. Popcorn is ready.
