I ran out of seeded locust beans,yet other ingredients were available,it was still yummy &rich..

Wash&drain rice,set aside

Heat up oil,when hot,add onions,stir fry in med heat 5 secs,add tomatoes,stir fry 1min,add water and other ingredients except scent leaves

Bring to boil by covering with lid

When it's boiling,add rice,reduce flame to low/med

Taste to adjust with any ingredients of choice,when it boils,like curry& chicken Seasoning or seasoning powder

When water tries up and it's not yet done or soft, sprinkler little water,reduce flame to low,cover with shiny part of toil paper,cover with lid (15mins)

2mins before the 15 mins lapses,add the scent leaves,stir lightly with a wooden spatula,cover for proper doneness

Remove from heat, stir well,plate& enjoy with protein i of choice
