Banana Bread with Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips (Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free)
Cooking Instructions

Peel the bananas and mash two of them. Reserve the third for topping.

Add the eggs, milk, and peanut butter, and mix well.

Add the baking powder, cinnamon, and coconut sugar, and mix well.

Add the cornstarch, almond flour, and salt, and mix well.

Add the dark chocolate broken into chips, and mix well.

Grease a loaf pan with margarine and line it with parchment paper, then pour in the batter.

Slice the remaining banana in half lengthwise and place it on top of the batter. For an extra treat, sprinkle with brown sugar for a caramelized topping.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven (watch the end of the baking time to prevent burning) until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
