First,peel the turnip well.Then peel the potato well.Then cut the turnip and potato.Then add oil to the frying pan.

When the oil is hot add pachforan and red chilli.Then fry the turnip and potato.Then add chopped onion chopped tomato salt and green chilli.Fry it well and then add turmeric powder.Then strain the mixture well.Cover with water if it is grated.After 10minutes open the lid and you will see that when the turnip and potato are boiled add salt and when the gravita is thick add ghee.
