200 gmtofu(hard)
1avocado
2 teaspoonbutter
1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonpizza sauce
1 teaspoonmayonnaise
5-6 slicescheese
1 loafbread
1chopped onion
1carrot
1/2red capsicum
1/2yellow capsicum

Mash avocado and grate tofu
2

Add chopped onion, capsicum carrot add chilli flakes salt and mix well

Add mayonnaise and pizza sauce and mix well
4

Take bread put cheese slice and the batter
5

On Tawa put the bread and let it cook on both sides applying butter
6

Tofu avocado sandwich ready to serve
