Spring Onion and Potato Subzi

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard and Fenugreek seeds. Add Asafoetida. Add chopped onion and saute for some time on low flame.

Add chopped potatoes and salt and continue to saute. Do not cover and continue to cook on low flame. Add red chilli powder and garlic chutney and continue to cook.

Add chopped spring onion and mix it well. Continue to cook without covering. Serve hot with Bajra Rotla. Enjoy 😊
