250 gramsbottle gourd
1beetroot
Handful of coriander leaves
Handful of mint
2 amlas
Black salt
Cumin seeds powder
6-7 curry leaves
1 small piece of turmeric fresh

Steps

Wash, peel and cut into pieces of dudhi (bottle gourd).Cut into pieces of beetroot, amla.

In a mixer jar add all the ingredients, black salt and cumin seeds powder and required water.Grind well.

Strain by strainer.Add lemon juice and serve immediately.
