Wash and soak poha.To this add salt and sugar.

Heat a pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add chopped onion, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli.Saute till onion gets tender and brown.

Now add soaked poha and peas.Mix well.Cook for five minutes.Add coriander leaves.

Poha is ready to serve.Decorate with coriander leaves and shev.Accompied by lemon piece.
