Prepare the ingredients. Wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces. Beat the eggs. Cut the beef into small pieces and marinate with a little salt.

Heat a pan with oil and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside. Cook the beef until done, then remove and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the same pan. Stir-fry the spinach stems briefly, then add the spinach leaves and stir-fry together.

Add the cooked rice, beef, and eggs. Season with soy sauce and salt.

Stir-fry everything evenly until the moisture evaporates. It's ready to serve. (For a garlic flavor, I added some garlic powder.)
