Whisk the flour and salt together. In a separate bowl whisk the water, sugar and yeast. Then add them all together. And knead. Let it rise for 2 hours.

Divide them and shape them into balls on the tray with a bit of flour. Leave for 10 minutes. Then make holes in them and leave for 10.

Boil water with baking soda and put the dough in for less than a minute each. Spread the egg on them and put seeds and bake.
