  3. 320 gbrown sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 TspOrange Extract
  6. 1 TspVanilla Extract
  7. 1 TspBaking Powder
  8. 1/2 TspGround Ginger
  9. 1/2 TspSalt
  10. 240 gAll Purpose Flour
  11. 155 gWhite Chocolate Chips
  12. 120 gDried Cranberries
  13. Frosting and Topping
  14. 227 gCream Cheese
  15. 195 gPowdered Sugar
  16. 1/2 TspOrange Extract
  17. 1/2 TspVanilla Extract
  18. 60 gDried Cranberries
  19. 70 gWhite Chocolate, melted

  1. 1

    Beat together the melted butter and brown sugar. Add in eggs, orange, and vanilla extract and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not overmix. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.

    Place the mixture in a parchment lined 13x9 baking sheet. Spread to an even thickness. Bake for 18-22 minutes @ 350F.

    Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

  4. 4

    For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, then mix in orange and vanilla extracts.

  5. 5

    Spread over cooled dough mixture and top with cranberries. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over with a fork or piping bag. Chill for up to an hour to help them set.
