Wash bathua. Boiled in pressure cooker. Strain water.

Blend it.make paste.

Wash methi. Boil it in a pan.

Strain water. Blend it.make paste.

Take big bowl. Add wheatflour.
Add salt Redchili powder hing cuminseeds & oil. Add 2 spoon methi Bathua paste. Add water & Knead a tight dough. - 6
Rest for 5 minutes. Make small balls of dough. Roll all.make Puri.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry all Puri till brown & crispy.
Remove out from oil. - 7
Serve hot Puri with dry potato vegetable.
