Wash all vegetables clean. add a pan on flame add mustard oil to heat. Add curliflower and saute for light brown.. Keep aside. Now add green chili, garlic, ginger and saute for few minutes. Add potato, tomato, salt, turmeric powder and mix well, cover it and cooked for 3-4 minutes. Than add curliflower mix well and add little water to cooked proper.. Cover it and cook for 15-20 minutes.

After than Check potato cooked well and become sabji dry than off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti..
