Assemble ingredients

In heated pan add Oil + 1/2 tbsp Butter, add chopped ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds. Add Onion and all veggies and sauté by adding little salt. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add vegetable stock. Add green chilli + salt and cook in high flame for 3-4 minutes. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water.

Add corn flour mix and keep stirring. Cook for 3-4 minutes under medium flame. Add black pepper powder at this stage.

Lastly add butter. Simmer and cook for few seconds. Soup is done.

Serve hot hot.
