Beat the eggs with a whisk, coat the feta cheese with the beaten eggs to cover it completely.

Next, coat the feta in flour, then dip it back into the egg, and again into the flour. Finally, coat it with sesame seeds. Make sure it's well covered and fry it over medium heat until golden on all sides (top, bottom, and sides).
