Place a pan on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat well.

After the ghee melt add all the dryfruits mentioned above. Roast a little on medium heat.

Add desiccated coconut and mix well.

Trannsfer them into the bowl.

Now take seedless dates in a blender and blend to coarse paste without adding any water. keep aside.

Now again heat a pan add ghee, saute till the dates start releasing oil.

Turn off the gas. Add all the dryfruits and mix very well.

Then immediately start making laddus. do not cool completely, then you wont be able to make laddus.

Finally, store dates ladoo in airtight container for a month or more.
