The perfect meal to make when you’re short on time. Delicious, creamy and cheesy!

Ingredients

  1. 1 Teaspoonsalt
  2. 1 Teaspoonchicken bouillon
  3. Halfa package of fettuccine pasta
  4. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  5. 1 lbsmoked sausage sliced (I like using cheddar smokies)
  6. 1diced onion
  7. 1 packageherb and garlic Boursin cheese
  8. 1 1/2 cupsgrated Parmesan cheese
  9. 2 cupspasta water
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil a pot of water. Add some salt and chicken bouillon (optional)

    Add fettuccine and cook according to package directions. Once pasta is cooked scoop 2 cups of the water and set aside.

    In a skillet melt 2 tablespoons of butter

  4. 4

    Once butter is melted add in the sliced sausages along with the diced onion. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook until sausages are browned and onions are translucent.

    Add the Boursin cheese and pasta water. Once cheese is dissolved add 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese.

    Stir the sauce until nice and smooth then add in the pasta. Mix well and enjoy!
    I like eating it with garlic bread
