1/2 Tbsp butter in a wok pan- add egg mixture- scramble- set aside. Cut into small strips

Chop all the vegetables accordingly. Add 1 Tbsp butter- melt- add onions, carrots, garlic, ginger and peas. Saute med heat 5 minuttes

Move veggies one side, add 1 1/2 Tbsp butter- add rice, duck meat and green onions- soya sauce, oystersauce. Fry for 4 minuttes- a little crisp in the bottom.

Remove from the heat- add egg- stir to combine. Add sesame oil- extra salt, freshly ground black pepper- perhaps a little extra soya
