As we all are now experts in zero wastage of food, here I share a recipe which is not only a creative use of leftover rotis but a combo of seasonal veggies and healthy ingredients. Our children who avoids eating roti - sabzi, will willingly and interestingly like to eat this recipe. For them we can also replace fresh rotis.

As we all are now experts in zero wastage of food, here I share a recipe which is not only a creative use of leftover rotis but a combo of seasonal veggies and healthy ingredients. Our children who avoids eating roti - sabzi, will willingly and interestingly like to eat this recipe. For them we can also replace fresh rotis.
Steps

Assemble all the ingredients. Here I have sauted green garlic, spring onion,cauliflower, carrot, corn, capsicum and cabbage in butter. Added chilli ginger paste.Sprinkled salt and herbs.

For white sauce, here I have used wheat flour instead of maida or cornflour for healthier version. Saute flour in butter, add milk, cheese, salt, sugar and spices. Adjust the consistency.

Cut rotis into narrow strips. In a pan spread red sauce. Layer roti strips over it.

Again spread red sauce. Spread sauted veggies over it. Spread white sauce over it.

Load it with grated cheese and sprinkle some herbs. Let it cook for some minutes. Or till cheese melts.
