1 packbeans
3eggs
2shallots
2 tbspcooking oil
Salt, according to your taste

Heat wok and add oil, then stir fry the eggs. Scramble eggs.

Then when its done remove and place in a plate. Set aside.

In the same wok, add oil again and stir fry shallots until soft.Then add in beans, cook until half done.Season with salt.

Then combine with the egg mix and done.
