Preparation of Fish:
• Clean the pomfret and make slits on both sides of the bone to create pockets for stuffing - 2
Prepare the Green Masala Stuffing:
• In a grinder or mixer, blend all the stuffing ingredients into a fine paste. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. - 3
Stuff the Fish:
• Stuff the green paste inside the slits of the pomfret. Apply any remaining paste on the outside of the fish. Allow the fish to marinate for 15-20 minutes. - 4
Coat the Fish:
• In a flat dish, combine the coating ingredients. Coat the marinated fish evenly with the mixture. - 5
Shallow Frying:
• Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Once hot, carefully place the fish in the pan and shallow fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Ensure the fish is cooked through and has a light, crisp crust. - 6
Serve:
• Once fried, remove the fish from the pan and serve hot
