Steps

Take one bowl gram flour add1 tsp caram seeds. Then add 1/3 tsp turmeric powder salt then add little water

Then add chopped onion tomato green chilli and chopped Ginger and add chopped cabbage and chopped carrot. Then add coriander leaves mix them well

Then set a tawa on high heat Sprinkle water remove water with cloth and pour Chilla batter on tawa and spread vegetable on it and apply some oil cook it flip it.Cook it both sides till golden brown.

Then transfer to a serving plate now healthy tasty vegetable besan Chilla is ready. Decorate with green chilli and onion. Serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney
