Peel off and smash the aloo
Blanch the Broccoli 🥦 - 2
Take the smashed Aloo in a mixing bowl. Add the blanch & smashed Broccoli, salt, semolina, coriander leaves, chilli ginger paste and lemon juice. Mix well till smooth paste.

Divide this mixture into small equal size balls. Press lightly.

Heat the nonstick tawa on medium flame. Spread 1 tablespoon of oil. Put all the coins one by one on tawa. Cook till one side is golden brown. Flip it and cook till the other side is crispy, golden brown.
