Methi Kofta Curry
Delicious kofta with fresh Methi flavoured.
Steps

For kofta
Make sure methi leaves are properly drained and dry. Mix all ingredients besan,methi,rice flour,garlic,ginger,turmeric,red chilli powder, green chilli,fresh coriander,salt to taste and Make dough.
Oil your palm and make kofta and deep fry koftas from all sides till they are brown and crispy,keep it aside - 2
For Gravy
In a blender add cut onion,garlic,ginger,chilli, tomatoes and Make paste. - 3
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin and let them splutter. Then add onion garlic paste.

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and fry for 2 minutes. Now add some water keep it on low flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
Just before serving add kofta
and garnish with fresh coriander.
