Clean,wash spinach. Drain excess water.

Blanch spinach for two minutes in microwave.

In a big mixing bowl add wheat flour, besan and rava.Add carom seeds, sesame seeds, salt.

In a mixer jar add chilli garlic cloves and coriander leaves.Grind well.Add blanched spinach and grind finely.

Add this paste to flour and add one tablespoon oil.Knead a stiff dough and keep aside for half an hour.(If necessary add little water.)Roll dough with oily hands.

Make small round s from dough.Roll slight thick Puri.Heat oil in the karahi.Add rolled puri.When puffed and brown from both sides. keep in tissue paper to drain excess oil.

Serve hot puris with curd and chutney.
