Today I have swapped rice with little millets to make this healthy millets carrots rice. It's very easy to make with the ingredients easily available at home.

Today I have swapped rice with little millets to make this healthy millets carrots rice. It's very easy to make with the ingredients easily available at home.
Steps

First dry roast the little millets then add hot water, mix it, cover and cook on low heat. Turn off the flame keep aside. Millets rice is ready.

Heat ghee in a kadai add mustard seeds, udad dal, chana dal let them splutter then add grated ginger, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, fry them on low heat for some times. Now add chopped onion, saute until the onions are translucent. Then add grated carrots, mix it well.

And cook until carrots soften a bit. Then add cooked Millet rice, mix it properly.

Lastly add ghee and chopped coriander leaves, mix again well. Little millets carrots rice is ready.

Millets carrots rice is ready to serve.
