1/2 cuptomato puree
1 poundground beef (about 500 grams)
1 tablespoongarlic powder and black pepper (about 15 grams)
1/4 cupchopped onion (about 20 grams)

Add a little oil to a skillet and heat for 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, and seasonings.

In a separate pot, cook the pasta in water for 15 minutes.

In another pot, add a little more oil and the tomato puree. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and beef mixture. You can garnish as you like—I usually add sour cream and cheese. 😋
