Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Add 4 tablespoons grinded oats.

Add grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, carom seeds, roasted cumin seeds.in this and mix well.

Now take a portion of the dough and make a ball. Flatten it on your palm and give the shape of tikki. Like wise make all the tikkis.

Heat a Tawa and put two spoon cooking oil and put tikkis and roast/fry till golden brown.

Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown
- 7
Place 2 tikki in a serving plate. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney over it

Serve hot immediately.
